Though designed in the structure of a 12 week course, you will have unlimited access to the entirety of this course over the academic year 2023-2024 and during the summer; from the time you register until August 31st 2024. Sign up can begin on Monday 25th September 2023.
This is to enable you the time to go through the material at your own pace and to be able to revisit it as and when you wish throughout the academic year. Once this period is over, you will have the option to buy the course at a reduced student price if you would like to keep it forever.
You'll have the opportunity to leave feedback at various parts of the course. so please do leave some feedback no matter how much of the course you complete. Your feedback is important.
Once you enrol, you will also be able to access the Anxiety: Beat it and Regain Peace Users Group. This is a closed Facebook group only for those who have enrolled on the course.The group is to provide you with a safe place to talk to others who are also working on their anxiety. Though the course is online, you do not need to feel that you are taking this journey on your own.

This is done through the use of written, audio and video presentations accompanied with experiential exercise sheets for you to download and utilise.
The desired outcome is that you will finish this course feeling more in control of your general anxiety and with a wealth of techniques to make sure you can keep your anxiety at bay well into the future. The techniques you are taught have empirically proven effectiveness for overcoming anxiety. That means that everything in this course has been tried and tested with people suffering distress from their anxiety and has helped them to regain control and peace. This online self help course can be taken at your own pace and you can revisit the material as many times as you feel necessary. You can follow the material at times that are most convenient for you and do this in the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable.
