This short course equips you with skills with long lasting effects and the audios are yours to keep forever.
This is a 3 day course made up of audio exercises that you can use daily to help you manage your physical symptoms of anxiety. The course starts with a morning exercise; to enable you to start the day feeling calm and able to take on anything that comes your way. It continues on to an exercise to use at night; to help you empty your mind and feel relaxed enough to drift off into a peaceful sleep. It also introduces you to exercises you can use throughout the day when your anxiety symptoms hit.
