This 2 part webinar is based on the teachings from the free e-book 'A-Z of Anxiety: A Practical Guide for Managing Your Anxiety'.
Part 1 of the webinar is a copy of a free webinar which covers the A-C of the book and Part 2 is the the D-Z of the book. Parts 1 and 2 are both included here so that all of the information can be kept accessed together.
This is an audio course made up of exercises that you can use daily to help you manage your physical symptoms of anxiety. The course starts with a morning exercise; to enable you to start the day feeling calm and able to take on anything that comes your way. It continues on to exercises to use at night; to help you empty your mind and feel relaxed enough to drift off into a peaceful sleep. It also introduces you to exercises that you can use through out the day when your anxiety symptoms hit. This short course equips you with skills with long lasting effects.
