Anxiety: Beat it and Regain Peace UCL Access

This 15 week access period is a chance for you experience the 12 week course and see how it helps you manage your anxiety. NOTE: The 15 week access period starts from the date you enrol on the course and is automatically stopped when 15 weeks is complete. Please note that this trial can only be accessed once per student. As such it is recommended that you only enrol when you are ready to engage with the material.

Once you enrol, you will also be able to access the Anxiety: Beat it and Regain Peace Users Group. This is a closed Facebook group only for those who have enrolled on the course.The group is to provide you with a safe place to talk to others who are also working on their anxiety. Though the course is online, you do not need to feel that you are taking this journey on your own.

The desired outcome is that you will finish this course feeling more in control of your general anxiety and with a wealth of techniques to make sure you can keep your anxiety at bay well into the future. The techniques you are taught have empirically proven effectiveness for overcoming anxiety. That means that everything in this course has been tried and tested with people suffering distress from their anxiety and has helped them to regain control and peace. This online self help course can be taken at your own pace and you can revisit the material as many times as you feel necessary. You can follow the lectures at times that are most convenient for you and do this in the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable.

When does the course start and finish?
The 15 weeks access is available to you as soon as you enrol. You will then be automatically unenroled when the access period is complete.
