Knowledge to help you understand what anxiety is and where it comes from

An explanation of anxiety triggers and help to recognise your own

Insight to enable you to learn how you can win your fight with anxiety, beating it once and for all.

This is done through the use of written, audio and video presentations accompanied with experiential exercise sheets for you to download and utilise.

The desired outcome is that you will finish this course feeling more in control of your general anxiety and with a wealth of techniques to make sure you can keep your anxiety at bay well into the future. The techniques you are taught have empirically proven effectiveness for overcoming anxiety. That means that everything in this course has been tried and tested with people suffering distress from their anxiety and has helped them to regain control and peace.
